WMM4A Outreach Training – July 1
At the Mass. Green High Performance Computing Center in Holyoke, Sunday July 1, noon - 3 p.m.

We are excited to offer this training for people who want to deepen their understanding of how to effectively engage others in the movement for Medicare for All in Massachusetts.  This lively and interactive program will present the current context for Single Payer advocacy and explore our own hopes and concerns about the transition to such a system.  We will also be discussing

the non-binding ballot question to appear in six local districts in November, specifics about Medicare for All and proposed state legislation, and strategies for countering opposition arguments.

The training will be facilitated by Beth Eisenberg, our Training Coordinator, and Deborah Levenson, WMM4A C0-convener.

Anyone interested in doing outreach with WMM4A  – tabling, speaking to individuals or groups, writing letters or opinion pieces – will benefit from this training.  We especially encourage your participation as we embark on an education and advocacy campaign this summer to support the ballot question.  While this training is focused towards people with some experience, enthusiastic newcomers are welcome.  We may need to cap the number of participants, so please RSVP as soon as possible!
